It's the way the game works and actually works well. It brings strategy to the game. It's very similar to having a deck of Magic the Gathering cards. It makes you try out different builds and limits you.

It's a nice system.

You can save your skill templates now though, so thats one way of having 'more than one action bar'.

yes and also if you have a friend , or are playing with someone , and there killing evrething , when you go back into a town , ask them to show there skills , and you can copy there skill templates into your list , (youll need to buy or cap the skills neaded for the list ) but this is a great way to make a good charicter if yourve never used that profession.

I think the OP means action bar as in "Drop Flag"

strange? not so much; nobody refers to the skill bar (if that is in fact what you're talking about) that way...

The skill bar's the thing in wich the 8 skills you want to use go. you cannot have more than 1 (why on earth would you think it'd be possible?) You can however save specific skill set-ups via the Template system. It's the little floppy disk icon in your skills and atributes panel.

Hmm, other posible explanations for "action bar"? Maybe you meant Default Action Key(space bar)? You can change your control setup in the options panel (default: F11)
